After obtaining his Professional Hunters license, he began his professional career hunting with Swanepoel & Scandroll until he joined Johan Calitz Safaris in 2004. Having also worked with Masailand Hunting Co., Albe earned a lot of big game hunting experience hunting widely in Selous, Western Tanzania and in Masailand. |  Georgie was born and raised in Tanzania, spending his childhood in different big game hunting concessions throughout the country. Georgie shot his first buffalo at the age of thirteen and at the age 17 started his 3-year hunting apprenticeship to become a fully licensed professional hunter at the age of 20. During the next few years he hunted extensively throughout Tanzania, which earned him a vast wealth of knowledge in Big Game Hunting. He’s dedication and commitment to hunting has made him one of the most successful young hunters in Tanzania. |
|  Darren Smit was born in Kwazulu Natal in 1979 were he grew up on the family farm with a .22 rifle in one hand and a fishing rod in the other. After high school, Darren started working as a Game Ranger and his hunting apprenticeship in Zululand with Zulu Nyala Safaris, from where he obtained his South African PH License in October 2000. In 2002, he went on to hunt with Greg Butler Safaris in Botswana hunting both the Okavango Delta and Kalahari Desert where he gained most of his big game hunting experience, especially for hunting Elephant and Leopard. Darren is a very motivated, reliable, honest and friendly person who puts his clients first insuring they get the experience for which they came. |
